About Me.

I am an accomplished, values based executive with impressive success in leading operations in both large public and privately held companies through turnarounds, high growth cycles, and acquisitions. My expertise is in defining business strategies and translating them into high-impact actions, brand visibility, new business opportunities, vibrant corporate cultures, and strong financial results.

I have a talent for building consensus and high performing teams who are profit focused, results oriented and people centered. My experience spans multiple industries as well as serving in the not for profit space as an executive and board member. I have also had the opportunity to own my own business and to successfully build it.

My passion is to apply these gifts of leadership, entrepreneurship, and people development in a way that makes an eternal difference in the lives of others.

Turned around an underperforming 16 year old charity focused on serving “at risk” youth focused on providing quality dental care via a mobile dental office.

Successfully started up a new non profit that would serve adult special needs individuals with a structured day program in life skills, art, music, and physical education.

Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce

Led the organization through a major change effort to redefine its mission and expand its reach beyond the city of Orlando to encompass the larger region of Central Florida being the premier business advocacy organization.

Junior Achievement of Central Florida

Spearheaded the visioning and planning for a totally new initiative to build the first Leadership and Entrepreneurship Academy as a public-private partnership with Orange County Schools for young high school aged aspiring entrepreneurs. Model became the blueprint for other JA’s nationally.

Co-owner of a start up restaurant company to build the business and brand of a highly successful niche concept, Chicken Salad Chick. Built the franchise business and expanded to over 20 locations before selling.

Took over a failing $250M distribution business and grew it to one of the industries highest performing companies winning numerous national awards. Sold company to Industry leader for $300M.
